Sea Bright - N'oreaster.
Trying out my new point and shoot. Panasonic Lumic LX3. The first two black and whites are using the camera's built in JPEG conversion to B&W. The color one is from my Canon DSLR. Minimal post-shot processing on all of them (levels mostly).
