    You’ll notice here my very technical “performance gear.” A lot of the other racers were very interested in and clearly intimidated by my uber-expensive MTB-specific garb. Make note of my high performance jersey with the flattering sweat stains at the end of the race.

  • Anyone in red bank have a 9-pin to 6-pin FireWire cable I can borrow? Dead HD on MBP & need to boot up in target mode to run discwarrior.

  • 7th in 30-39 group, 10th overall in this AM’s MTB race. Legs felt strong on the climbs thx to fitzstrength.com workouts. Thx Fitz!

    Rode to work today and can confirm it is definitely August. Felt more lke swimming than riding.
